Model-Based UI Engineering

This line of research focus on session management, floor control and object replication in synchronous collaborative meetings. To this end we are developing a collaboration toolkit which allows for traditional groupware facilities (i.e. floor management) in advanced sessions where the shared object is derived from abstract descriptions (based on XML).

Examples of recent results are now deployed in the eΚοΝΕΣ project to allow collaborative construction of vacation packages and in DIAMOUSES for music learning (see below).
