Outreach

For several years now, the iSTLab engages in concentrated efforts to promote results and achievements through several modalities. To this end, members of the laboratory are conscious to submit their work for peer review and publish results in referred archival journals, leading international conference and edited volumes (see Publications). Academic staff of the laboratory participates in editorial boards, review committees and expert panels, while investing in collaborations with international experts in various outreach activities. Additionally, the laboratory takes special care to present state of the art results and work in progress in the course of trade fairs, concentrated meetings (eKoNES, DIAMOUSES 1, 2) and thematic volumes of industry magazines (‘Vimata stin Anaptixi’). These activities have enabled the laboratory to establish a reputation and triggered a variety of contracts with local industry.
